Iowa Football Recruiting

back to recruiting. Has there been any chatter on when bollers might have a decision and or Noel? I would be stoked if frost lost out on another recruit. Pressure seems to be mounting a little bit....he took that in state qb just because he needed a recruiting win. No way he would have taken him this early under normal circumstances.

Pressure mounting for Frost? They just gave him an extension.

He's also a big fan of Nate Stanley, so he's got that going for him. Sounds like he'd take him over Mahomes, which I think is bold.
You quote tweeted my post about Darius Lee-Campbell. He was electric with his feet in high school, but he was a terrible passer. They knew the day he got on campus they wasted a scholarship with him.

He ended up at safety.

Yes, I think being a winner in high school is important when you're a quarterback prospect. That said, Charles Wright plays in a GAUNTLET with a trash team, so him bringing his team to be competitive is about all we can ask for.

Honestly, you should check out the link below. Lots of good discussion about QB's and wins. Really fun thread.

DLC led his team to a 2-8 record for his senior season. In QB's, wins are the biggest statistic.

Good Lord.. Andrews is great. Doyle is great. What they do as S&C coaches does not completely determine whether the team is going to win or lose.

If we're going to compare S&C coaches we need to split them into two categories:

Big 12 and SEC coaches

Pac 12, ACC, Big Ten, FCS, etc

He was 6'5 260 coming into Iowa. He put on 15 lbs but managed to lose over three tenths of a second on his 40 time. That's crazy

I don’t know why I’m engaging, but his entire body definition is different. That’s Doyle. I’m done with this topic.

Chose Iowa over an FCS school

This hasn't even been posted on HR yet. Honestly not sure if it's funny or sad anymore.

I'll go with funny I guess.
