Yes he was offered and then for whatever reason Iowa backed off. Bollers was miffed that they didn't come to one of his basketball games.

Are you saying that Iowa never backed off of him before he gave his final list of schools? I think both parties realized Iowa wasn't a good fit for him. And if he does go to ISU I think he will be good.

Stopped actively recruiting, passed, moved on, or came to a mutual understanding I am not sure what you call it. It sounds kind of like what happened with ISU and Twedt.

Ok so you aren't going to answer my original question about Iowa backing off on a legacy recruit being a red flag, that's ok.

I think Iowa stopped recruiting Bollers because he either wasn't a good fit OR they realized they were wasting their time. And to be clear ISU never wanted Twedt but he was a commit at one point?
