The difference is they care about 1 game. We care about the entire season. Last year didn't go as well as we hoped. But we play in such a difficult conference, every week is going to be a war. I think the team were at a similar level last year as the game would indicate. We just have to execute better than we did at times last year. In my opinion, with our coaches the future is super exciting. I don't think you can say the same for TOE because they have Baby BF, and he will probably be the head coach some day. Woof.
Why did Iowa win 10 games and finished ranked if they only focus on one game? Conversely if isu focuses on the entire season why did they only win 7 games and end up unranked? Play too many teams that are better than isu?

A clone fan said Iowa focuses on only one game and isu focuses on the entire season. How can that statement be true if Iowa won 10 games and ended up being ranked if all they care about is one game? Conversely how is that isu focuses on the entirely season but only won 7 games and finished unranked? Unless of course the excuse is that isu played too many teams that are better than them? Don’t want to call it SOS because clone fans completely lose it when they are mocked for it.
ISU faced 3 teams ranked in the top-30 for Total D, and 1 team ranked in the top-30 for Rush D. Which was Iowa.
Iowa faced 4 teams ranked in the top-30 for Total D, and 4 teams ranked in the top-30 for Rush D.
How is showing a player’s performance against good defenses cherry picking?
Don’t even bring up scoring defense. That is where the Big 12 really shines. Mighty OU was #68.

It's stupid because you play in the Big 10 West and get many games off. Whereas we have to battle week in and week out. If we played your schedule, we'd win 10 games too, or maybe 9 because we did get unlucky against you I guess. Fake holding call and other missed calls saved the day for you.
I shouldn’t have to tell you how stupid it is to do the whole “if you take away his big gains he’s really not that good” schtick. Not sure what is dumber, that or saying Northwestern had a terrible defense.
Why does it trigger you so much that Goodson was better than Hall against good defenses?
