Yeah, ND had to play USC with their second string QB not their 3rd sting for a good chunk of the game. That guy should be NAIA, he was awful. Amazing that Iowa and ISU are neck and neck but you don’t think we can beat teams that you beat handily.

No way. Michigan killed Notre Dame in the Big House. Clones had no chance there. Unlikely the Clones beat Minnesota but probably would've made an entertaining game. 7-6

We beat USC with their backup QB

Don’t really believe it was play calling rather execution. I loved Nate because he was a leader and team first guy but he wasn’t even close to being a great QB. Smart but not good enough execution. When you watch a lot of our games the offense executed early in the drive but couldn’t finish and that’s because of execution.

ISU beat 1 bowl eligible team all year last year. Iowa played 8 bowl eligible teams, so that is 1-7 right there. I'll say they win the remaining 5 games, so like I said 6 wins.

If we do Iowa playing ISU schedule the only loss I can see is to OU, probably beat them in the rematch.

I think if our defense shows up and gets some key stops, I don’t think we lose.

There is a small chance he isn't (nothing is ever certain in recruiting) but it's pretty much a given he will be committing there. Biggest obstacle right now is Harvard, and that offer is less likely every day.

It sucks for Iowa, but all the smoke around it is pointing to him likely going to ISU. Based off his own comments, his anger towards Iowa, and close family connections. Wish him well, at least he won't be adding to Wisconsin's already tough defense.

Basically the consensus from Iowa fans besides Legend is Iowa State wins 8-10 games with Iowa's schedule. That's probably fair at the 10 prediction
