And Iowa State would probably be easier to recruit to if it relocated to DSM. Hypotheticals are masturbatory.
Swing and a miss. Eno didn’t fit the Iowa football culture and thus would have had a negative impact on wins and loses. I hope the isu coaches understand the power of culture as well as clone fans do.
So when Miles gets his 11th commit, you think he jumps CMC in the recruiting rankings? Is that cause for concern that Kansas is about even with CMC recruiting wise?
Yikes. That's the best comparison you can come up with for a recruit who decommitted?
CMC is a better coach than Miles so no I'm not concerned just like I wouldn't be concerned about Nebraska if we were in the Big Ten West
I have no doubt that he's a better recruiter than Miles is at KU. They are recruiting to two totally different situations. Miles has the track record to say he's a better coach...or was. But he's getting old now and that might not even be the case any more. We'll see if Frost can pull out of his nose dive. Minnesota and Purdue actually fielding decent teams makes it a lot harder for him than it would have been 5 years ago.
For the record, I am not, never have been, nor ever will be an Iowa fan. I despise them. Do I go WAY over the top sometimes? Yes, because sometimes I'm passionate, and sometimes I like to see these trolls get all worked up. I also truly believe our football program is going to take off and the opposite is true for Iowa. It's not happening as quickly as I want, but it will happen. At the end of the day this is all entertaining, especially when there are no sports to watch.

You can't say Frost is recruiting better, you'll get called a Nebraska defender. I mean god forbid someone like us states the obvious.
I'd love to see Nebraska buried for a long, long time. It would be even better if the fans just keep hanging on the savior Frost for too long and just continue to get pounded. That would be so fitting for them.
You may want to go tell people in my link that you are sure isu is going to take off and Iowa is going to go the opposite direction. Clone fans know everything there is to know about successful football culture and have the 7-6 record to prove it. When you do be sure to tell them you are an isu fan.

I wonder why CMC can't capitalize on some of his momentium on the field. I mean I know it is tough at ISU and Rhoads could never capitalize on his early success either. Yet I figured CMC would really start ramping it up recruiting wise after a couple good years, but that hasn't materialized.
I don't think CMC 5 or 10 national championship really count. He certainly hasn't done enough yet to be called better than a National Champion winning coach.
84.42 average for KU. Ouch. They better hope a lot of their guys start getting bumps soon with some new offers coming in.
