Assumed we moved on when we made the final two with Noel. Thanks for the info
Kind of like why Purdy couldn't beat out Kempt at all (only by injury) and Zed Nolan until midseason. Sometimes it take Fr. awhile to get the offense down.
In the last few days you've told me:
1. He is a good blocker and was exclusively a blocking TE the first half of the season
2. He barely played the first half of the season
3. He only played 6 games
What is happening here?

That's nothing like him telling me 3 completely different things about someone's playing time
I meant to say he essentially only played six games, but forgot to put that qualifier in. That’s my fault.
That didn't answer my questionHe won so many games, they jumped him up. If you are only winning 7 games in the Big10, that typically doesn't cut it at the QB position.
I know I have tried to explain it to you about 10 times. He was a Fr. just on campus, it takes time as Purdy knows. Even a horrible QB like Zed Nolan was in front of him for half a season.
No worries. You're just all over the place with this one
At least now you understand that LaPorta would have pretty easily made HM Big XII. Glad I could clear that up for you.
Couldn’t disagree more. Kid can't block
Your TE room was so bad this year I could have got snaps and he barely playedThat’s one way to wave the white flag.

“Not true at all lol. You can be more talented as a freshmen than the people above you, but if you don’t know the plays/playbook cause you’re new, how can they play you. Don’t be dumb.”
I get your point, but don’t pretend a freshman TE learning a new playbook is remotely close to a freshman QB.“Not true at all lol. You can be more talented as a freshmen than the people above you, but if you don’t know the plays/playbook cause you’re new, how can they play you. Don’t be dumb.”

Especially if LaPorta was an early enrollee. That changes everything
