But yeah back to my point. I wouldn't trade any of those 3 from 2020 for Brecht and I think he's good. In state kids just get a lot more attention than out of state kids by the fans (i.e. Xavier Foster)

When Iowa fans think they're getting good WR recruits you should just look at the WRs we signed in 2020 like it was no big deal. The 3 of them were all better than Brecht

and if Brecht would have committed to isu you would be posting a thousand times about how isu is taking over.

The more you obsess over Iowa the more Iowa seems to winning over isu. People say karma doesn’t exist but the more this thread goes on the more Iowa will be seeing isu in the rear view mirror.

Campbell should have created a baseball program at ISU.

The talk in Ankeny was baseball was the deciding factor which surprised me because he's a huge Hawkeye fan. He thought Iowa State was a better fit for football long term but wanted to do both and knew playing time would come easy at Iowa

Why does it matter to you so much who else offers a kid? Do you really think that is the be all end all to a prospects worth? The only recruits I want are those the Iowa coaches feel are a good fit for the Iowa culture not who else wanted the kid.

He says in the rivals article that after he spoke to Ferentz and Heller about playing both sports he decided to go to Iowa.
