My point is you were a 4 win team without him. That's not good. We were a 10 win team without him but have been told we would've been better with him and won a couple of the games we lost. Therefore probably making us at the very least a playoff contender. Campbell is very fortunate to have ended up with Purdy. It goes to show that one player even in football can hugely change perceptions of a coach. We would be discussing how hot Campbell's coaching seat is right now were it not for Brock Purdy. He's a stud, of course our record was better with him. What's your point?
Nice try Troll. Purdy probably would've been 1st team all conference playing against that pathetic conference schedule and you know it.
I know.
So you're one of those that would rather have Stanley than Purdy? Lol not surprising

But since this website doesn't fit your narrative of the mighty ISU SOS, I am sure these people will not "count" or they "don't know what they are talking about" or "insert excuse here"
Clone fan crying about SoS again. Starting to see a theme here.More to do with the schedule compared to the rest of the team
How is it cherry picking if I've been using the same metric for 10 straight years?
Beating out Alabama is a bit subjective. If Alabama had been recruiting Purdy hard all along things may have been different. From my understanding Campbell got in on Purdy early and Alabama made a late push to try to steal him from you. Purdy is a good kid by all accounts and honored his commitment to Campbell. Hat's off to both Campbell and Purdy. Things would be pretty ugly over at Jack Trice right now without him.Not sure a career saver but yes beating out Alabama for one of the best quarterbacks in the country is pretty significant

Thanks for linking a legit one.
SOS by Sagarin
Iowa State - 5th
Iowa 30th
And there it is, the moment everyone knows he's lost the argument. He turns to childish gibberish. Sad.Cry some more about SOS clone fans.
So what would you say if I said I've used Rival recruiting ratings for 10 straight years?

lol, I've heard it all now. Better move on to a different argument. You are really struggling with this one. So sad.Clone fan crying about SOS again. The reason isu was #5 was because they played a 10 win Iowa team in the non-con.

Well then you'd be an idiot because 247 is clearly better and the one everyone uses. Everyone still uses Sagarin now for SOS like they did a decade ago

YeahBuddy losing arguments again. Maybe you need a time out bud. This is getting pretty sad to watch.Clone fan cries again about SOS.
