Iowa Football Recruiting

Clearly anything less than a 10 win season would prove his struggle is in coaching all of that talent then?

we never get to play the absolute garbage schedules Iowa routinely does.

Or, are you one of those people that think a win over Indiana is just as impressive as one over ou or it?

That would be huuuuggggggeeeeee

Exactly, and some were claiming here falsely that Iowa still wanted Mbow.

They would have taken him weeks ago but they got themselves in contention with Davidkov.

Right now it's Davidkov and Alt, both rated higher than Mbow.

As Mack learned last year, offers have expiration dates.

Mbow is a stud. I think he ends up at Nebraska unfortunately. Iowa's no visit policy strikes again

He's definitely a solid prospect and Iowa would take him if Davidkov wasn't interested.

No way they're taking 4 tackles though and Colby, Davidkov and Alt are higher on their board.

Mbow not going to Iowa wasn't Iowa's choice. Lol Iowa's OL coach went byes Twitter when they right thought they got him

I'm closer to the situation and know more than you again.

A few weeks ago I had to correct you on the Bollers recruitment by demonstrating an article after you perpetuating a fictitious account numerous times.

Yes, Iowa would have taken him several weeks ago. I absolutely know that that Alt and Davidkov are higher on their board and Mbow isn't commitable now even though he's still listing Iowa in his teams.

Mbow would be the lowest rated of the current 3 commits and Alt and Davidkov are better.

I know the situation. He was going to commit on a Friday (you even posted that on here) and told the staff he was still going to visit Iowa State and Nebraska. They said they didn't want him to and he told them to get lost

Started this account 12 days ago lol

I've had one other account on this forum ever, CP84. I got it removed for embarrassing you for bumping your asinine comments about Texas Tech going to be your easiest opponent following their game vs Iowa. Obviously that was another Nostradamus moment for you.

Unfortunately your mod lacked any sense of humor and history is a stubborn thing.

So what account did you correct me on a few weeks ago if you've only had this account for 12 days?

It's been well published that Iowa walked away from Bollers. (Read: "T.J Bollers Unsure Where He Stands WIth Iowa Football Program" by Tyler Devine).

Bollers stated that he was "confused by the lack of communication and that he is waiting to see if Iowa reestablishes a steady line of communication."

He also is quoted stating the following: "there are other places that are putting in effort to come and see me and make it to my basketball games instead of saying they would and never coming."

The reasons why Iowa walked away are unclear and only speculative but it is a certainty that Iowa moved on before TJ did.

Second to perhaps only offensive line, defensive end is more than in good shape for the next few years. In 2020, they got Deontae Craig, who had offers from OSU, ND and Mich.

They have a current top 100 player in Graves committed to 2022. Yahya Black was rated as a 90 grade, 4 star by 247 and Bowie is a high three star.

Bollers would have been a nice luxury to have, he's certainly not a can't miss prospect given the incoming position depth. He's also probably correct that he's a better fit for a 3-4 OLB.
