Iowa Football Recruiting

Iowa's not really in a place to pass up on talented WR's. This kid sees himself (and was told by the staff) that he fits perfectly in the Deshaunte Jones mold. That info is from today, btw. There's not a comparison like that on Iowa's roster. There's no existing mold.

Yeah Iowa didn't pass on him and he knows it. They just say that about every recruit they miss on
 
Honestly one of the kids I want the most is Carston Marshall out of Ohio. His film is nuts. He doesn't have any other P5 offers either

What are you talking about? I said Iowa is done at DE after they got Llewellyn, so yeah that would mean they won't take a commit from him now.

Who knows why, maybe they like other guys more. I do know that the 4 WR they are targeting (coaches have told those 4 they will only take 2 WR commits) are Brecht, Bell, Johnson and Bruce.

Premium board stuff. They have been reporting for awhile now the 4 targets are Brecht, Bell, Bruce and Johnson. They didn't say why or what was going on with Noel, just that the 4 target were those guys. Iowa has offers out to 9 WR who aren't committed, you aren't freaking out that I'm basically saying they moved on from 5 of them, and Noel is in that group.

So Iowa moved on from him in two months with no commitments at his position? Lol yeah that sounds like it wasn't their choice

Noel is a stud. I think he ends up at Nebraska unfortunately

Iowa is focusing on Brecht, Bell, Johnson and Bruce at the WR spots. They have 5 other guys they offered that they have seemed to move on from. Not sure why this bothers you so much.
 
I don’t think it’s fair to say Iowa moved on from Noel, but it is definitely true that they have been prioritizing other recruits more.
