Iowa Football Recruiting

I put it at 90% he goes to ISU, maybe more.

I can't see a scenario where they don't pick up one of the top 10 Iowa kids this year. Throw in early playing time, proximity to home, and his anger at Iowa and I think it's pretty much a slam dunk. Would be very surprised to see ISU miss on him.

A+

So are ISU fans disappointed with CMC early recruiting class? I mean right now the ISU class has an average rating of .833, which is considerable lower than CMC's last 3 classes (.852, .853, .848).

More importantly though there are very few P5 offers to the kids who have committed so far. I mean to have a few of those is fine, heck the Hawks always have several of them. To have the vast majority of ISU's commits not having any other P5 offers though is a big concern, or it would be for me.
This is pretty dumb considering this is almost exactly how the last few years have gone. He and his staff can spot talent early on and they have picked up commits from kids who don't have a ton of offers or may be "lower on stars" but then come closer to signing period those guys have gotten more offers from people (P5's) realizing their talent and he ends up picked up a few good ones late.
So, no.

I still think he ends up in Madison. Penn State offered him on Wednesday, but I think they're too late.

I actually didn't hear about the PSU offer, But yeah, it won't change anything. Kid doesn't want to sit behind Theo Johnson. I might have just convinced myself it's 95% ISU lean.

They moved on from him in the last two months?

Yeah, it doesn't take long. For instance their interest in Hanson stopped the moment they got a commit from Llewellyn. Mbow though I'm not sure what happened. Thought he was committing, and then he didn't then Iowa seemed to move on. They got a commit from Stephens, and they are looking at Alt, Mylinski and Davidkov for the other OL spots.

Wait you just said earlier Iowa wanted Hanson and now they don't?

Who did Iowa get in the last two months that made them back off Noel?
