"Kentucky only wants Toppin because of his brother that played at Dayton"

Reality: Kentucky doesn't want Aaron Ulis who's brother played for Kentucky

Lol!
I'm glad they didn't want Ulis. Happy to have him. Discussing Jacob Toppin is useless unless you get him and that's unlikely. I think he'd have little impact for Kentucky next year but would likely have started for Rhode Island. Who knows why he's transferring?

I'm thinking ISU gets him. Hearing that Oregon and Kentucky aren't committable offers at this time. They either are already full or are waiting on higher echelon players.

But what you're saying doesn't make any sense. You think Kentucky wants him because of his brother that played at Dayton but then nobody including Kentucky wanted Ulis when his brother actually played at Kentucky

Did you read the link I provided? It said Kentucky was in "desperate" need of frontcourt players. sounds like it may not be a committable offer anyway.

I read the link you sent and then asked what the site even was which you ignored. It looked like Kentucky's version of Rob Howe or Tom Kakert which lol to that

Dang. If JT could have mustered one more offer he would have met what the Murray boys had combined.
So true, yet there are plenty of Iowa fans out there trying to pump those boys up. It's sad, just like their entire recruiting class. Hope they enjoy it now, because it ain't gonna last long.

Whatever. You guys following transfers right now is like watching a dog chasing cars.

Well, like I said I think ISU gets Toppin. He would be a nice get, but obviously not a huge difference maker at the moment since he might have to sit out a year and is more of a project.

Who else do you think ISU can land at this time?

Yeah Toppin would be a huge get

I'm not sure who else is out there and where we stand with them

Duh. Don't ask stupid questions.

Huh, ok. I'm not sure why ISU fans want to wait until next year personally, but whatever.

Maybe you can help me with another question. What is the fascination with little Toppin? I mean he didn't do anything at RI to speak of. He wasn't recruited by anyone out of HS, nobody would know who he is at all if he wasn't the Little Brother.

You think Iowa State should have fired Prohm already?

What's the fascination with a recruit were battling Kentucky and Oregon for? Is that a serious question?
