Iowa Football Recruiting

Is this your first recruiting season?

An offer is only as good as the day is long. Iowa offered a receiver, Mack, last year and later it was rescinded.

Sure, Iowa may have wanted Bollers early in the process. That obviously wasn't the case by January, per Bollers.
Brain would totally disagree with this.

The 30th ranked SOS in the country is cupcake to me but we're used to playing top 5 schedules

Per Massey, your SOS finished 13 compared to Iowa at 21. The 13 also moved substantially based on playing ND and you had 7 wins to that point. You lost 2 games to teams that finished outside the final AP. Blaming scheduling is a farce.

Massey is awful. Stop citing a source that isn't reliable on a reliable website

Yes, all of those guys except Downing were borderline P5 recruits. You’re making my point for me. If you think Iowa State is going to be able to consistently take an entire class full of guys like that (other than maybe 1-3 guys per class that are highly sought after by other Top 25-ish programs) and turn them into high level P5 performers, best of luck. It’s entirely possible, but it’s going to be really difficult.

So you're saying Campbell knows how to develop kids?

Guess I was wrong, I figured Bollers was cold on Iowa because of defensive scheme, didn't know our coaches soured on him. Weird, seems like a good player, but I'll trust their judgment.

I wish I had the power to ban posters, wait no I dont. These cockroaches are coming out of the woodwork.
