Iowa Football Recruiting

Iowa obviously wanted Bollers - he was one of their highest priority guys. But at some point it apparently became clear to the Iowa staff that they weren’t getting any traction and they stopped recruiting Bollers. It happens.

I've actually never heard this happen with an in state legacy recruit

So Iowa didn't want him? Lol!
How the hell would I know? I'm excited about the guys we do have. I'm not going to spend my time being concerned about kids we aren't getting. Are you spending your day worrying about the basketball transfers you've missed out on?

Probably the part where Iowa stopped recruiting Bollers so he went to the Des Moines register to complain about it.

I'm so confused. So Iowa stopped recruiting a legacy recruit they really wanted and then he complained about it? Why in the world would Ferentz stop recruiting a talent like Bollers who's a legacy?

maybe he took a sweatshirt? LOL

I heard bollers' dad was critical of KF on some radio show and that's was the beginning of the end. Just a rumor though.

Iowa picked up a commitment from 3* Florida CB Jordan Oladokun today. Offers from Penn State, Virginia Tech, UNC, Pitt, Maryland, Iowa State, etc.

He’s HS teammates with high 3* RB Ricky Parks, and Iowa seems to be the heavy favorite there too. Iowa putting together another really nice class.
This is a really good pickup. Hope Iowa can hang on to him, especially now with the campus visit situation. Crazy to think he has more P5 offers than quite a few teams have collectively right now for the 2021 class.
