No argument there. But you also can't discount the need for estate planning and elder law attorneys to help people make their final arrangements. Some of my clients are in great shape because we've reviewed their plans recently and gotten things zipped up. Others have 20 year old wills and POA's and haven't gotten around to coming in to review things. I'm doing reviews over the phone, but the witnessing, signing, and notarization phase is where it gets tricky.All attorneys working in criminal law or juvenile law (including cases where children have been removed from their parents) have to be looked at as essential.
