I totally get the animosity towards Stanley. Hard not to be bitter when your rival is graduating kids that never lost to you.

I'm just fearful that Deuce kid could be good and that would be annoying. At least with Stanley and this Oregon State kid you don't have to worry about that

Ya. the Clones defense gave Stanley fits. Never was really able to figure it out. Lucky to escape without a career loss to you guys.

Not arguing that at all. Keeping him fresh definitely benefited his pass rush when he was in. But the biggest factor for him not starting was that Parker Hesse was rock solid. Iowa had the luxory of using Hesse on run possible downs and then moving him inside on passing downs to bring in Epenesa on the edge.

I expect big things next year from Epenesa. I feel he has come a long ways as a player in the two years he has been at Iowa and he will be a monster next year.

If he’s not a top 10 draft pick next year something went wrong.
