tony kornheiser is the most annoying individual in television. yes more annoying than dr phil, oprah, and ellen degeneres. ESPN should use stuart scott or scott van pelt on mnf. stuart scott would make a great play by play, tirico is pretty bland.

as far as jaws goes, i think he is ok, but he is always on his soapbox about protecting the QB. TP is right that they are turning it into a pansy league.
I agree. He has his moments where you can see the guy behind the persona, but for the most part, he really grates on me.
oh i forgot someone on the annoying list, jim rome. at least rome has generally good views on things, whereas TK is clueless, or atleast tends to think the opposite way that i do.
Obviously better than Theisman, and way better than Dennis Miller, but I agree, Kornheiser is very annoying. Please no Stuart Scott, I think Tirico does a good job, just tell me what's happening, I don't need all the extra crap.
ill take some flack for this im sure, but madden/michaels was always my favorite MNF. this crew is probably 2nd, minus kornheiser.

I couldn't disagree more.. I like TK and Rome.. if you say you like Skip Bayless, I'm gonna have to start another bring back negative thread. Skip Bayless looks like the snake from Robin Hood
TK is terribly annoying. They don't need a 3rd color commentator. If MNF has a tradition to be slightly different by having 3 in the booth instead of 2, find somebody who isn't so annoying. Its not like people watch MNF because they have 3 commentators instead of 2.
Tony Kornholer and Ron "QB's best friend" Jawarski are painful to listen to. I remember when Matt Millen did the radio braodcast for MNF and I used to turn down the sound on the TV and listen to Millen. It was somthing he was very good at and he should have stuck with it. Jawarski is opionated at best and usually latches onto somthing about the game and harps on it repeatedly. Last night he was convinced that the INT on Campbell was not an INT and tried everything to justify his stance even though the video clearly showed it was a pick and fumble. Kornholer talks an awful lot and rarely says anything useful or meaningful. I think they need to sign Collinsworth to replace Jawarski and can Kornheiser. You don't need 3 men in the booth just because its Monday night.
Kornheiser embodies the ESPN staff IMHO. They stir the pot and they think they are experts just because they work for ESPN. I've heard that ESPN is by far the lowest paying job in sports broadcasting. To me their staff shows that. I do however love their ad agency. Their commercials are great.
Good luck with that. There's so much more to football these days than just the game because they're trying to attract more of an audience than just football fans.
