Iowa State played one of the most difficult conference schedules in he country last year
Yup, thats my bad.
Saw on his bio he only started 3 games in 2019 due to injury. Missed that he played in 12 back in 2018.
Also, Hudson is massive. What is the reasoning for having him inside and Ramos at OT?
It seems like with their sizes, Ramos would fit better at OG and Hudson at OT.
Still largely an inexperienced group.
Ramos and Hudson being 3rd and 4th year players doesn’t concern me as much.
Right tackle is a concern and rightfully so with the current youth.
Just fit.
Hudson is a mauler and probably doesn’t have the footwork/athleticism that Ramos has.
Also, those weights haven’t been updated since August. I’d guess Ramos is bigger now, but hard telling.
OK. Why do you think Iowa State will go from the 5th hardest schedule in the country to an easy one?
I guess he could flip a switch and progress this offseason, but I just don’t see it happening. Unless I have missed it I haven’t seen or heard much about him.
Heard he was going to grad transfer to Iowa but the Indiana OL (LOL) took the spot first
You think it will be the 5th hardest schedule next year? Hawks won't be as good and neither will a number of the other teams on your schedule.
I would guess it's top 20 for SOS. Could end up being the toughest schedule in the country. Impossible to predict but I certainly don't think it will be an easy schedule. Why won't Iowa be as good next year?
I personally think Notre Dame was better than Iowa and Baylor might've been as well when they were fully healthy. OU was definitely better.
I’d argue that a number of the teams ISU plays will be even better next season.
Without looking OSU, TCU, Texas, WVU and Tech will all be better than they were in 19.
OSU might end up having the best offense in the nation next year. Sanders will be healthy and they bring back Hubbard and Tylan Wallace.
