Hoping for Brecht. He said he wants to decide before summer but didn't get more specific than that.
He said he is for sure playing football in college and undecided on baseball but if he thinks he can handle 2 sports and academics he would like to give baseball a shot as well.
It is looking like a real dogfight there. I think Brecht ends up taking his official to both schools in June or July (depending on his baseball schedule) before he pulls the trigger. Unless he decides for sure that he won’t give up baseball. DeJean has to be close to committing to Iowa, being from the BCIG area he might be waiting out a Husker offer though.

I think having to decide to continue baseball or not is the biggest hold up. And he won’t pick till after he knows what he is going to do there.

Also, Mbow could pull the trigger out of nowhere. He was close to verballing but decided to push it back. I don't think the Badgers offer him if that's what he's waiting for.
Anyone that thinks that contracts aren't based on past performance are dolts. Kirk built up to his current contract over his first 10 years of outstanding performance. If CMC has the success over his first 10 years at ISU as Kirk did, Jamie will have 0 leverage against him, and will give CMC a bonus for taking a crap in the morning. That is just the way it is.
That Wisconsin visit is just kind of an oddball one IMO. I looked up his visits last summer and just again now and noticed that.
