Is is better than Wieskamp's? No, it isn't, which is who you are laughably trying to compare Bolton to.
I guess I just don't understand why assists and turnovers are brought up with Bolton. That's not his role. Nobody is looking at Wieskamp and saying why is he only averaging 1.9 assists with 1.6 turnovers per game
I agree, Bolton is a role player. Wieskamp on the other hand is an all around player who can score, defend, rebound, do everything that a team needs to win.
I mean I think Wieskamp is better than Bolton. I'm just pointing out that they have the same offensive role

The refs watched him deliver an upper nutter and didn't call a foul. The only reason he got T'd up is Iowa made them review the play and the refs knew they obviously couldn't continue to ignore the upper nutter.
So they just waited until the next dead ball and went back and reviewed it?
They didn't call anything during live action. After Wieskamp made the basket, Wisconsin came down court and called timeout. I think Connor or the Iowa coaches asked the refs to review it because well it was a flagrant foul. They reviewed it, knew they couldn't hide it any longer and were forced to call the flagrant.
Pretty sad that Wisconsin didnt take the step of suspending him before the conference stepped in.

Aaron White shot 57% from the floor for his career. Sure he drove and hoped to get fouled, who doesn't, but he was under control and not driving aimlessly.
The game last night was close at halftime. Was the 2nd half plan to play one on one ball? That's all I saw in the 2nd half.
We were in the game, Prohm got a technical that only resulted in them getting one point in their two possessions, but for whatever reason it changed the game. We then turned the ball over 4 times in a row that resulted in them scoring each time. Our team went into it's shell like they have when the other team puts up a fight.
Those are the type of plays that give you a bad reputation. A Grayson Allen type reputation. Unacceptable.
The incident with Jordan Murphy last year was worse this the nut shot on Connor this year or Hauser from Marquette last year.
I agree with you. The handful of times I have watched ISU this year, they are very stagnant on offense. Lots of standing around. They take some bad shots which leads to easy baskets the other way.
