ISU is an awful team. Nothing groundbreaking here but they should be better than they are. I think the Iowa loss + FAMU games broke their spirit. This is an awful game
everyone knows we suck.ISU is tough to watch, they remind me of the '17-'18 Hawkeye team.
I see you can get ticket to an ISU game vs the #1 team in the country for nothing basically. Prohm is really undoing a lot of the good work that Fred did for the ISU program.

Sorry. Florida A & M is the tiebreaker. They are very different teams. Both are equally embarrassing, so I can see the similarities.

Even Twins knows it but won't admit it because it would admit he lost in the trolling wars.

The good thing is next year is a fresh new start. I mean I didn't expect anything out of last years Iowa's team following up that horrendous '17-'18 season, but Fran surprised me with a NCAA team that was 1 pt in regulation away from the Sweet 16.
So while I don't think Prohm roster looks promising for next year, that doesn't mean they can't be good next year. If ISU does struggle again next year I think Pollard has to move on from Prohm at that point.

Iowa added Wieskamp to that team and lost Wagner, Ellingson and Uhl.
ISU is going to lose their best player and 2 other starters.
ISU adds a recruit rated the same as Wieskamp plus other decently rated recruits. And even you don’t believe your “2 other starters” line lol
The difference between that Iowa team and this ISU team is that Iowa team is why they struggle so mightily. The two major issues with this ISU team is shooting (3pt specifically) and roster construction (ISU has 3 guys who need to be playing the 5 and 4 guys who don’t have the size to help defensively). The problem with that Iowa team was a terrible playing time rotation and athleticism. I would say the class ISU is bringing in has much better size fits that the guys it is losing.
I don't think Foster will have the same impact next season that Wieskamp had as a freshman.
You can laugh all you want at the starters but your HC thinks they are better than Young or Grill/Jackson.
It will take a lot for ISU to make the tourney next season. Bad shooters usually don't just become good shooters.
And you never addressed losing Haliburton.
Based on what? 11 pts 4.9 rbs is a pretty achievable goal.
Based on bigs usually needing a longer time to develop and Prohms horrible track record with big guys.
And again, how does ISU make up for the loss of Haliburton if he goes pro?
What is going on with Lewis? Is Prohm saying he is basically looking for him to transfer after the season?
