What were they last year when the faded to bubble category?
What difference did that make? ISU won the Big12 tournament and got bounced by a Big10 team in the first round. Iowa was 1 pt in regulation from the sweet 16.

So why didn't you include last year as a Fran fade?
I clearly stated after the 8 minute tv timeout. Wisconsin held the lead by 12 at that point. From there on out it was 6-4 if you don't count end of game fouls which they were doing to stop the clock. Wisconsin didn't lose their 12 point lead in the last 8 mins because of some huge foul disparity. They lost it because they had 4 turnovers and went 3-10 from the field and missed free throws. If you only look at the box score like CyTwins, you won't see that they fouled a bunch at the end.Never said they were, just correcting some really bad data that you presented. You said 6-4 before that when it was 12-4 before that.
You said it only covered February and thats why I posted those numbers I found.
Shocked you are moving the goal posts.

You're right seeding doesn't matter in the NCAA Tournament lol
LOL, how did that better seed work out for you last year?

So Iowa faded, and ISU finished strong last year. Both teams went 23-12 and Iowa was 1 pt in regulation from the sweet 16 and ISU got bounced in the first round by an 11 seed. Yep, that really mattered.
I'm aware Iowa State was better than Iowa last season
I wouldn't trade the season ISU had for Iowa's season, but if you liked ISU season last year, that's cool.

I mean they got to spend 3 nights in Kansas City for Spring Break.
That's a great vacation for most ISU fans.
Guys, ease up. This is pretty much where Twins is at with his whole Garza/Fran troll...
Potter rolled his ankle and left the game. It wasnt because of fouls.I guess I misunderstood and thought you were saying what the fouls were if you took out the last 40 seconds or so. If we are looking at what a major thing happened around 8 minutes and why Wisconsin faded, it was that that was the time that their third big hit into foul trouble and they had to kinda turn Garza loose on the defensive side and they became tentative to rebound very hard with the continual rebounding fouls they had been called for. So the fouls up to the 8 minute mark had a huge influence on the last 8 minutes.

Iowa hasnt needed Garza as much down the stretch. He's so good the first 30 mins that they have a lead they are protecting. It makes sense to have Weiskamp shoot free throws in end of game situations.OK Fran fades almost every year, that's not a troll
Garza isn't clutch, that's not debatable. Yes he puts up great numbers but he's not someone you can rely on down the stretch
They didnt get jobbed. Its hearsay on your part. You didnt watch. So Wisconsin was without King and Potter got hurt and they still almost won even though they got jobbed by the officials? Wow!
