Who ends the season with more conference wins: the 2019-20 football team or the 2019-20 men's basketball team?

I can't decide.

Yeah, solid fail there on the years, but I at least changed the dates in the post.

The 2020 football season vs. this basketball season?

Based on trends ISU wins 4 or 5 conference games next season.

I think ISU gets 4 conference wins this basketball season.

I don't know if we're going to be able to play well enough to win 4 more basketball games this year, so I'm going with the football conference wins.

I still think they win 6 or maybe 7 conference games.

OSU, TCU, KSU, TX at home. Prob win 3 maybe 4 of those.

Those same 4 teams on the road. Prob win 1 of them, MAYBE 2.

Maybe get lucky against one of the better teams at home.

I think there's 4 "shoulds" and 3 chances for a 6th win.

Yeah we're definitely going to have to play better to win against those teams, but it's possible we could get to that amount. I was probably reading into the losses against KU, BU, and TTU too much. We looked very bad in the second half of both games and shot terribly overall both games BUT.. they were against two of the best teams in the nation, one against another ranked team, and two of the three were on the road.

We no doubt have to figure out a way to play better, but we could get to 6-7 wins against some teams that are a little above or at our level.

The basketball season is already lost so I'm hoping football does. The prospect of going to Dallas has me salivating. This is going to be a LONG offseason
