Connor should have a better AST/TO rate, being a PG. Bolton isn't our main PG (frankly, I don't know what exactly to position him as. He plays everything from 1-3 at different times). Bolton also gains a few TOs by the amount of dribble-drives he gets, it's not necessarily from poor distribution. These drives generate a ton of points for him and give him a defined role on the team, but occasionally he'll lose some on the way too. It happens.
For reference, Bart Torvik has slight leads to Bolton in both points above replacement and EFG%/TS%. It's worth noting that his 3pt% is steadily rising as well, after being in a massively-bad hole for much of the season. Shooting 50% there through the last 4 games (we'll see how sustainable that proves to be soon).
