CyTwins was feeling his momentum after Iowa's 3 point loss to #21, but then ISU played.
You serious? Haliburton was the reason we were in it at the end that 3 in the corner was huge
So let me get this straight. The Iowa 3 point loss to #21 was on Garza because he missed 3 free throws. His 34 on 19 shots and 12 boards had nothing to do with Iowa being in the game late.
Meanwhile Halliburton going 0-2 with a turnover in the final 5 minutes had nothing to do with their loss because he made a 3 late in regulation.
I guess OT doesn't matter to the final result.

Most team leaders take responsibility for losses. If we hear the same from Halliburton does that make you a liar?
Honestly I almost feel a little bad for you. It has to start feeling like the McDermott years right now. Prohm wasting the talents of a first round point guard and next year looks like it could be worse.

It's pretty easy to finger point when the QB throws 3 picks in the last 6 minutes to lose to Oklahoma State, or 15/30 for under 185 yards at KSU or walks off the field unassisted vs ND.

Different story to blame a guy who scored 34 points on 68% shooting. He was the primary reason Iowa had a shot. A rational thinker might blame for example the 3rd leading scorer playing injured and missing the 2nd half, or Kriener missing critical 2nd half minutes with an injury. If Kriener doesn't miss minutes in the 2nd half, Garza is given his normal break and not playing 35 minutes.
But let's criticize the guy who had a huge game because he missed 3 FTs.
I see there is a thread discussing wearing paper bags over heads at the next home game. Is the fan base really that close to the ledge?
