All Iowa Football Team---Post Bowl Edition

LOL, you didn't beat 1 top 25 team all year long, but you are gonna beat #8, #10, or #14? LOL

You're doing it wrong. ISU would beat everybody on Iowa's schedule, and they'd beat Iowa on any other Saturday of the football season except for the one on which they actually play.

I agree. That is why I say you go 7-5 vs Iowa schedule.

Wins over: Rutgers, Purdue, Northwestern, Nebraska, Miami, Illinois, and Middle Tenn.

Losses to: Iowa, Penn St., Michigan, Wisconsin, and Minnesota.
I think we'd beat Minnesota but I think all the rest we'd lose to. I can't sit here and say we'd win those games when we lost to similar opponents all year long.

ISU loses to Mich, PSU, Wiscy, Minny and obviously Iowa.

Probably lose to Miami of Ohio considering the turd the clones laid against UNI.

7-5 OR 6-6 with Iowa's schedule.

ISU got caught looking ahead to Iowa when they played UNI. A better team would have beaten ISU that day. So you are right. Miami of Ohio would have won that game.

I get why you're upset but I wouldn't be if I were you. If given the opportunity have a tough schedule or a bunch of easy wins I'd take the wins

Considering you only played 6 bowl eligible team and went 1-5 in those games, I get why you are upset. Not sure why acting like ISU would beat other bowl eligible teams make you feel better? Maybe it is cathartic for you or something.

Illinois is terrible and they're bowl eligible. Being a bowl eligible team from the Big Ten is not something to brag about

ISU went 1-5 vs bowl eligible teams, so if they played Iowa's schedule they would have faced 7 bowl eligible teams. I will assume they beat the extra bowl eligible team they would have had to face and we can safely say ISU goes 7-5 vs Iowa's schedule
That's my guess as well. @ Michigan, Penn St, and @ Wisc. would all be L's . Minnesota at home would be a coin toss at best. Then the loss to Iowa.

8-4 worst case scenario with a much easier schedule. 9-3 maybe most likely. 10-2 realistic. Resting our starters every other games would pay off big time IMO

We'd be a much more rested team going into every game so not sure how that is a fantasy

You were rested for Iowa and you lost (bye)
You were rested for Baylor and you lost (ULM)
You were rested for OSU and you lost (Texas Tech)
You were rested for K-State and you lost (Kansas)
