Has an offer from Auburn, don’t know if you were paying attention but they made it to the final 4 last year. Seton Hall currently ranked in the top 25 always makes the tournament. K-State, won our conference championship last year. The list goes on of teams that are always in the tournament. Go watch the kids video. He can shoot, pass, rebound, he’s long and is decently strong for being in high school. A lot to be excited for and can garantee he will receive a ratings boost. So as a casual recruiting follower why should I be excited about a 3 star recruit rated just inside the top 400 with a couple offers from mid tier P5 programs? On paper this guy looks like the next future transfer to leave without impacting the program.
Power 5? Is he a football recruit? No wonder Prohm sucks so hard, he can't even get recruits from the right sport! So as a casual recruiting follower why should I be excited about a 3 star recruit rated just inside the top 400 with a couple offers from mid tier P5 programs? I don't often use the dumb button, but made an exception on this one.So as a casual recruiting follower why should I be excited about a 3 star recruit rated just inside the top 400 with a couple offers from mid tier P5 programs? Also I think I read somewhere that he had a recent growth spurt of a couple inches in the last year that bumped him to a small forward potential, with guard skills. So he's getting noticed more lately as a late bloomer.Has an offer from Auburn, don’t know if you were paying attention but they made it to the final 4 last year. I thought they had 5 stars between them. The Murray twins each had 5 stars... but none were gold stars.
I’m optimistic he’ll be a good get, but one would need to think quite poorly of ISU MBB to believe landing a three star is a rebuttal of anything. There are often better gets than there are recruiting battles won. Jackson is an example imo. Now's your chance to go on record then. Is this a good or bad get? Can Prohm recruit or not?
I’m guessing 6’6”, as the 6’6” reference was from an August update. Late growth guys are often good candidates for being undervalued.I wonder what Notre Dame and Auburn have him measured at since they wanted him too

Calling them mid-tier P5 programs isn’t egregiously wrong, but being at the top of that group will consistently get you to the tournament. It’s not a bad peer group.Auburn, Notre Dame, Maryland etc are mid tier P5 programs?
Is going to wear jersey number zero? That alone might bump him from a 3- to 4-star.
(Double-zero would be 4 1/2 stars)
