"Dubar chose the Cyclones over Maryland, Notre Dame, Seton Hall and Wichita State. He stands over 6-foot-5 and is a fluid athlete that can make shots to the perimeter, but also convert around the basket. He possesses quality two-way tangibles that should create for an immediate contributor next year. Defensively, he has the chance to defend various positions and develop into a quality producer throughout his college career."
