Just for data purposes. StubHub has had four transactions for the SEZ Club since October 1. They have been:

Row 8 - 2 Tickets - $233/each (Seller took home $198/each)
Row 31 - 2 Tickets - $275/each (Seller took home $233/each)
Row 31 - 3 Tickets - $437/each (Seller took home $371/each)
Row 25 - 2 Tickets - $250/each (Seller took home $212/each)

Average take home after stub hub fees: $266/each

If you take out the outlier: $214/each

ISU ticket exchange was where I looked. But he is a "special" type of ISU fan so that is why he got the "special" price.
