Coach Tom didn't like Report Tommy's first question, but ended up giving a very interesting answer. I really like listening to Manning. We need an off-season podcast with him too!

Not a matter of not liking it, he just doesn’t think that way. Besides, I’m pretty sure his honest answer would have been something along the lines of, “What makes you think they’ve hit their stride?” Or, “They aren’t there yet!”

I think that happens when the next few skill players get fully integrated into the offense. Say, two or three out of Joe Scates, Darren Wilson, Sean Shaw and either Kene or Jirehl busting loose. Most have shown just flashes so far.

This offense is still taking shape. And that’s both a scary and a happy thought.
