7:05 kickoff time would be funny now
I predict this will fall under a 6 day network window and we won’t know for another week.
Only if they removed the Homecoming clause from the contract.
All 4 games on the 26th are Homecoming games.
I wasn’t aware there was ever such a clause in the contract, but that’s pretty funny that all four games are HC games.
I think every iteration of the Big 12's TV deals to this point have had a specific clause that Homecoming games had to be 12-day selections to allow the respective schools to finalize the schedule for all of the other campus/HC activities.
Makes me wonder if it isn’t coordinated for some reason...maybe something with the homecoming clause and having them all on the same day is helpful. Just guessing.
I was trying to dig up any news releases on it and all i could find was this from several years ago

"Generally, homecoming games will be selected at least 12 days in advance, but the Conference must consider an occasional request to use a six-day pick to select a homecoming game of significance."
That makes more sense to me that it’d be a courtesy and not a hard and fast clause.
Not a whole lot of juice in this set of games.

FS1 has NASCAR truck race coverage starting at 12:30, which may kill both the 11:00 and 2:30 windows.
