The sky is not falling, but between this game and the Iowa game I’ve noticed our personnel is a bunch of pussies and plays too conservatively until we are losing by a lot and it’s usually that our offense does just enough to rely on our defense too much to close out the game. I wish this personnel would wake up and let our offense sling it from the start of the game because we would’ve beat Iowa and Baylor if our personnel were not a bunch of pussies and let our guys sling it from the start. Thoughts? 2-2 is unacceptable to be honest.

Better than 1-3

This team is better than this, which is why I’m angry. And, yes, I’m drunk. I had to deal with watching this game and my friend’s two year old daughter’s birthday so lots of beer was necessary.

Keep drinking and stay off of here. It'll seem better in the morning. Or I'd put the 2017 Oklahoma game on the DVR (or Memphis or TCU or West Virginia or Oklahoma State). At the end of that, you'll be plenty happy.

Only difference is expectations were not high going into the Oklahoma game and we came out huge. This year I feel like for 3 out of the 4 games we have drastically underperformed, and a lot of it has to do with personnel and play calling.

If you bought into the hype of challenging for the Big 12 title thats on you. Or your under 30

if ya cant run the ball its hard to win
as soon as we failed to execute the 4th and 1 i knew it was over in first half
and baylor executed their 4th and 1 later on
sorry folks
we need a rb
lost one to the nfl and lost one to injury
freshman not ready apparently
just acknowledge the reality

But that same kind of crap has also happened in previous years. TCU last year. West Virginia two years ago. All 3 ******* Iowa games.

Either way, just watch those games. They were fun! Not every Saturday is fun.

Improvement doesn't come in a straight line. There are bad games and/or bad years. We were bound to be disappointed this year because any loss is going to be disappointing.

I’m 33. Maybe I just know this team is better than playing like crap for 45 minutes then finally letting Purdy do his thing.

slow starts; been taking time to get passing game in rhythm, which is why u need a running game, which we dont have, but its okay not all hope is lost

im sorry ur all sad
i kind of saw it coming only because kene was questionable
i can go post some crazy sh*t in the cave of u think thatd help?

The thing is we have recruited two great running backs, but they’re both freshman. I’m confident in guys like Jirehl next year but he’s too young to be relied upon this year.
