anyone here get a sort of Pizzagate/Lolita Express type vibe from this music video? Or is this some kind of masquerade ball? Either way it feels spooky. On a side note - its interesting how there are music videos that predate MTV.

i forgot about that song. It's especially creepy since according to wikipedia - Benny Mardones would have been 33 or 34 in 1980. He kind of looks like Mike Damone in that video

Musicians were experimenting with videos in the 60s and 70s. The Monkeys TV show was a "story" loosely told between some sort of videos. The Stones did this in 74 I believe.
