It’s interesting that he wants to sell Texas game way above face value but isn’t willing to pay similar/less value for TCU.

In his defense, selling for more and buying for less does make good financial sense...

When I was a teenager, I would go shopping with my older sister. She would find something she liked but wouldn’t make the decision to buy

I would buy it. When we got home she wished she had bought it.

I then sold it to her at a higher price. Called it shipping and handling fee
