All Iowa Football Team---Post Bowl Edition

Trap game for OSU.

ISU had a bye week/game day...they were all in and got beat by the better team. Pretty obvious.
Yes, trap game for tOSU with a 2-6 Nebraska coming to town the week after.

That’s up there with worst troll attempts ever.

The accolades keep coming in for Brock:

https://www.espn.com/college-footba...-party-athens-epic-ucla-rally-top-wild-week-4

"The total package
Iowa State's Brock Purdy showed off his arm (435 passing yards, 3 TDs) and his legs (75 rush yards, 3 TDs) against Louisiana-Monroe, setting an Iowa State record for total offense in a game in the process.

But how rare is it for a player to have a combination of 400 pass yards, 75 rush yards and three touchdowns each way? Pretty darn rare. The most recent guy to do it was Clemson's Tajh Boyd in 2012, when he totaled 529 yards and set an ACC record with eight total touchdowns against NC State.

No other player in the past 15 years has done it."

The national attention Brock is getting has the Hok fans all triggered.

We were also told by Hawk fans that time of possession wins games after our game with them.

Well.... ULM had more time of possession than ISU yesterday, so they must have won, huh?

Jesus, this is bad even for you.

Mississippi St. speaks for itself. Best D in the country.

ISU also has a really good defense and Stanley was clutch... the 3rd down rushes to get the first down, the 3rd and 22 laser, throwing darts downfield, the TD rush, zero turnovers. Against Iowa's D, which is just as good and the best Purdy has faced, Purdy struggled at the crucial moments. He's played well against bad defenses (though he's still fumbling and throwing picks), he's just gotta take that next step and shine in the crucial moments against top defenses.

He shredded ISUs defense? Informative. Did he have 350 yards against MSU? I honestly don’t remember.

TIL that 18 points is shredding a defense.
