All Iowa Football Team---Post Bowl Edition

You must really think ISU is a terrible team in opponents territory.

Don’t flood this post with “Winner” badges. Twins probably feels dumb enough

Well, except for the parts where they broke for a 50+ and 70+ yard TD play, thus keeping ISU in the game (even with a bunch of self-inflicted errors). It's not like ISU is a dominant offense, either.

May want to figure that out for conference play.

I agree. Iowa has a lot to work on for sure and need to get better and more healthy to have a shot at the West. As it stands now, they are an 7-5 to 9-3 team. That won't be good enough to win the west.
Hey, that worked fine for NW last year!

Sounds like you're in the same boat I am. ISU wins Saturday, my expectation goes up to 9-10 wins. Because we lost, they dropped back down to around 7.

I think Fitzgerald takes the same approach as Campbell and only game plans and focuses on Conference games.

He's definitely been there long enough to have a developed and formal system that works. I mean, we basically just followed NW's offensive blueprint from last year of "how to beat Iowa", the guy knows what he's doing -- we just still shot ourselves in the foot multiple times anyway. Ya'know, that whole "win in the margins" thing Campbell preaches.
