Nope, ESPN+ is it's own tier and not part of any cable package as far as I know.

There is also a very good chance that by Sept. 28th all ESPN channels will be unavailable via any of the AT&T sources, (AT&T U verse, AT&T TV Now or DirecTV), and only those with those services who also subscribe to ESPN+ will have access to the ESPN channels. (This from someone claiming to be a retired TV exec)

I don't see that happening yet. That would essentially make all of ESPN a stand alone service.
