It’s amazing how obnoxious they are even in Ames. I really wish we would just drop them so we don’t have to deal with their fanbase. I wouldn’t miss playing them at all.
Had a fan complain in the first half that we had home advantage from the refs. Had to inform them that they were big ten refs.
I stopped going to Iowa-ISU games because of the d-bag fans from both sides, at both stadiums.
This is about the third time in the past five games that Iowa caught some breaks. The Hawks played well enough to win but so did the Clones. Just a couple too many screwups by theClones. That’s football I guess.
Next year you’ll see way different teams in Iowa City. The Hawks are going to lose AJ and Wirfs for sure. Will have a new QB. Many new faces on defense.
I believe ISU loses a number of good players as well. Been real. Peace.
