Why is something valid one year but not the next? ISU fans can (correctly, IMO) boast about how well Purdy did last year facing poor defenses, but an Iowa fan cannot be impressed how well a running back did against similarly bad defenses? It's not like I just offered these numbers up out of the blue, they were directly referenced by Twins.

Jon Heacock actually thinks Stanley is a tremendous quarterback and can make any throw from anywhere on the field. In fact, he called him "elite". That's eye opening.
I saw this and thought it was definitely good praise to give Stanley. He is a good quarterback that honestly can make any throw anywhere on the field. Stanley's only problem has been consistently doing it, but in this rivalry, Stanley has been incredibly consistent. I think both teams are giving loads of respect to the QB's they're facing this week.
