Right now we're projected to go to the Camping World Bowl to play Notre Dame. And that projection was made after we barely beat UNI, so I'm fine with where we're at. Obviously need to be better, but you don't think we're going to make a bowl game? C'mon.

So posting a roster of the All-Iowa team is "pretty useless until after the season is over" especially since "one team has played one game", but bowl projections/opponents with one game under your belt is legit.

I brought up the bowl projection because someone else said Iowa State is going to be fighting to make a bowl game.. Neither thing is legit because the season literally just started.

If all we're doing is posting stats, the average defense Purdy faced last year was 72 (71.6). I didn't find Drake in the ratings, so maybe they would have improved the ranking, but I won't speculate.

Go ahead and follow this link. Once you get there you will see the ncaa link. Clink that and Rutgers and Miami of Ohio mad it easy for you to find that they are 70 and 71 respectively.

It’s hypocritical of you to downplay Iowa’s players for putting up stats against bad teams, while praising Iowa State’s players for putting up stats against bad teams. It shows a lack of objectivity on your part.
