Because ISU was drug into this whole recruiting thing from Brian Ferentz. And for the record, Campbell isn't insecure about kids committing to ISU and taking other visits. Zach Twedt being a prime example.

They won't. It's like Idiocracy up in here. The fact is, Twedt didn't communicate with Campbell about his intentions. Couple that with the fact they decided to pass on him and you have the current situation. I mean, when it comes to LB recruiting, these guys know what they're doing. Clearly.

This is the exact reason Eno had his offer pulled which has been mocked by ISU fans for a couple years now.

ISU didnt decide to pass on Twedt until CMC knew how it was going to turn out.

Some highlights:

From what little I've gathered, he's just doing the insurance policy thing. Loves ISU and Campbell. Not sure what he's majoring in, but being that he's already a farmer, I'd guess he'd want to major in something Ag related.

So, if I understand this correctly, KF expects a kid to shut down his recruiting once he verbals to Iowa. Even to the extent that KF might pull the offer if a kid does not respect his commitment and visits another school. But KF feels free to recruit other kids that have verballed to another school and try to get them to break their commitment? What level of ****** up douchbaggery is this?

Thank god CMC just wants what is best for the recruit and they are free to visit others.

So if CMC followed the same rules that KF has.... Twedt would not be allowed to talk to, or visit Iowa.... and would also have to notify them that he's now a CYCLONE.

So in other words, CMC would have to yank Twedt's offer.

But yet, KF has no issue whatsoever with going after Twedt even though he's COMMITTED to be a CYCLONE. What a total d-bag hypocrite KF is. Why would you want to play for someone like that versus CMC who encourages kids to take visits. Amazing.

The biggest difference is that Campbell also passed because of a perceived talent issue as well. Eno is a stud and a big screw up on Iowa's end.
