I check in for a good hour or so or at least have it on the background but there's really not any surprises and nothing they do impacts the games, just entertainment. I'll watch Saturday although may switch when they start talking about SEC teams' favorite movies or whatever.

Speaking of Hawk media, if you read the article Mark Emmert wrote about Cy-Hawk twitter, he references 3 popular accounts of each side. Long story short all 3 ISU guys (including Blum) use their actual names and 2 of the 3 Hawk guys (Hawkize and Plannedsickdays) refuse to be named. Seems about right.
Apologies if I am way off base, but didn't they have a MBB player who was hurt, came back for just the ISU game and then claimed to be hurt and applied for a redshirt?
Yes. They also played an injured player who they said was "playing on one leg" 4 days after he had surgery vs us
That one was really interesting. Crazy they couldn’t get by without him against a team that was 0-2, at home, that just got smashed by NDSU. Extra measures need to be taken against Iowa State though I guess. Those huge risks are probably partly why he’s farming in Nebraska now instead of playing in the NFL.
We don’t care about Iowa. We just want to know their fans’ identity. LOL

I assure you I have no desire to know who those guys are, I was just pointing out that the ISU guys weren’t ashamed to let people know who they are. If I was a Hawk fan on twitter I would hide my identity too so I get it.
So I would expect there are some past articles about Iowa’s previous Gameday appearances complete with a paragraph about Iowa’s opponents ADs?

No idea.....not really the point IMO. Gameday has been the talk of the town the last week so I'd expect a journalist to write about it. Not really surprising.
I think this is a great opportunity for ISU to showcase the Trice renovations and the fan base. I do agree with his assertion that the game rmains the main focus and by itself is pretty compelling this year with or without gameday.

I’ve literally never heard of Dave Zawalinski before, but it seems like a pretty huge snowflake move to dox someone because your favorite team lost a football game.
I don’t disagree but it’s weird hawkize going on a multi tweet rant on how much he doesn’t care when he deleted his account and went into hiding for like 6 months
At some point just own who you are dude, most people know your real name. this whole “i dont care. You’re mad. I’m not mad” rants at 11pm after your team wins is just weird
