An undefeated ranked Iowa couldn't even sell out against a Big 10 foe....
Relax. CyTwins is just playing his little game out. No Hawk fans are really voting for that. Everybody knows Nebraska is our Superbowl. The fans that would rather win against ISU instead of winning the West are out of their ever loving minds. A road win against a fringe Top 25 team would be a nice win no doubt, but it really doesn't get you anywhere. Win the West and you have a chance at the Rose Bowl.
If any Iowa fan truly would rather beat ISU if it meant not winning the West they're insane.
I agree with you but 3/4 of Iowa fans disagree with us
I mean prepare and try to win every game, but I can't possibly understand a fan that would rather win this game instead of having a shot at the Rose Bowl.
It was Rutgers... If you're going to bring up attendance, explain this one:

Agreed, half of the posts on HN and Hokeye Report are from basement dwellers spouting off their third-grade nonsense. They're obsessed with us
Not the Clones Superbowl either. They won that in triple overtime 2 weeks ago.Relax. CyTwins is just playing his little game out. No Hawk fans are really voting for that. Everybody knows Nebraska is our Superbowl.
A lot of Hawkeye fans don’t think logically. It’s probably the same ones that wanted the Rose Bowl a few years ago over making the playoff, or the basketball fans that thought an NIT final four was better than getting in the tourney as a 10 seed and winning a game.I mean prepare and try to win every game, but I can't possibly understand a fan that would rather win this game instead of having a shot at the Rose Bowl.
You still like the Rose Bowl after what happened last time???The fans that would rather win against ISU instead of winning the West are out of their ever loving minds. Exactly, November games against conference "rivals" are much more important, good call.Comparing a late November game to an early September game? You're better than that

Who are ISU's rivals? Iowa & UNI. (possibly Drake after last years game) What other school in the BIG 12 views the ISU football game as a rivalry game? You think we care more about UNI than Iowa? Interesting

You made up a story that you talked with Oliver Martin's dad.Agreed, half of the posts on HN and Hokeye Report are from basement dwellers spouting off their third-grade nonsense.
Our baby brothers over on Hokeye Pokey Forum are all up in arms over the rumors of Oliver Martin leaving Michigan and transferring to the hoks. Apparently this isn't quite correct.
Talked with his dad over the weekend: Facts
He loves Michigan.
He's not ever leaving.
If he did, ISU would be his lean more then Iowa.
His field efforts do not out weigh his degree efforts.
Iowa's lack of WR involvement hurt and is still hurting with the newest recruits.
Kansas State is viewed as a rivalry. Missouri was a rival until they left the Big 12. Nebraska was also semi-considered a rival until they left as well.Who are ISU's rivals? Iowa & UNI. But it's been proven that you're not right very often. So no truth there.I did hear Martin was upset ISU didn't want him for the second time so there is some truth there
