The downside of playing UNI and Iowa at home in the same years, a season ticket becomes more of an option for them when the pantherhawks want to go to 2 games.

At least we got rid of those two games being in the 3 game mini pack. That should help keep some of the disease away.

Approximately how many tickets do you all think are available on the secondary markets? Isn't the stadium going to be half halk fans anyway because they all bought season tickets for this one game?

I was on StubHub this afternoon and have been watching the lower bowl numbers. It was running around 350 thru last Friday and was down to 232. I've seen a few new listings during that time but not that many. Ticketmaster had a similar number last week but haven't checked today. Singles have been running quite a bit less than pairs. If a person wanted to make new friends and fly solo, a good seat could be procured for a reasonable price.

Don't forget ISU Ticket Exchange. Not many tickets there, but that is a place where people who want to sell to Cyclone fans will list their tickets.

It will be more than 10%. There was 10% UNI folks there, and that was the least I have ever seen of purple at that game. I think with the novelty Gameday drawing people in, it will end up being 25% UI fans. Sadly. I can't really remember what they had in 2017, maybe about that same 25%?

Have to say, it IS tempting to see if you could get $500+ for my pair of tix... That isn't the whole year cost of season tix plus donation, but it would sure put a dent in it.

Nah, you’re thinking 10+ years ago. UNI fans haven’t shown up the last 2 games, maybe 3000 top end. And there won’t be many Hawk fans either as there weren’t many the last several games in Ames. Seems like ISU puts many more fans at the games in Kinnick and it’s been that way for awhile.

yes this is a huge game, but its not like this is new york, boston, chicago, LA etc with 5-10 million people around.

I just don’t think there is that much inventory left at this point.

I looked back at my pics from the game, and I'm coming around on this. From the west side, there was just one small section that was purple and then some little dots here and there. So yeah 3000 top end is more like it - about 5%.
