Averaging 5.9 yards a carry, that is pretty awesome. Thanks for pointing it out. It's been nice to get some of the young guys involved like Goodson, he's gunna be good.

The Fiesta Bowl is one of the CFP semifinals this year.
The Fiesta Bowl committee selects who plays in the Cheez It Bowl which looks to be the #6 bowl tie in for the Big 12.
They would have no say in who actually plays in the Fiesta Bowl this season.
Correct, he's currently averaging 7.5 ypc.. All-american numbers
Really good numbers so far. If he keeps that up you guys should end up having a great season.
He had a few good carries but they were just because he was faster than everyone on UNI and could beat them around the edge. He's not a great north/south running back and that ypc will surely decline.
Right now we're projected to go to the Camping World Bowl to play Notre Dame. And that projection was made after we barely beat UNI, so I'm fine with where we're at. Obviously need to be better, but you don't think we're going to make a bowl game? C'mon.
Come on, you thought ISU was being looked at this weekend as a possible participant in the Fiesta Bowl.

Man, 8/11 on defense and 6/11 on offense (with one of the 5 Iowa guys not playing) says quite a bit. I think you're crazy taking Iowa to cover this week. Huge talent gap.
Jeff Woody said on the podcast you like that he would only take two players off Iowa's defense. But yes there is quite a talent gap between the two teams
I'm not sure I've ever listened to a podcast with Jeff Woody, but that is impressive. Makes you taking Iowa even more outrageous. Iowa could have been preparing since the Miss State win for this and with that type of talent discrepancy I can't see how they pull it off.
