Anyone know a spot where you can stay and camp overnight Friday and also legally park before lots open at 5 am Saturday? Maybe just set a tent up in the Gameday line? But where to park? Not sure I want to do it yet but think it might be the best option.

We have our (somewhat) secret free street parking but I don't want to share where on here but you can PM me if you want. For years we leave one car in this spot overnight, a short walk to the stadium/main paved tailgating lots. Then it's a very quick exit after the game Saturday.

Wow, I wish I was in school when Gameday came to town.
I had a ticket to the ISU vs KU basketball game when gameday came to Hilton. I went over the night before so I could go over to Hilton early and watch the show live. The students had a lot of fun with that.

If you get there early you should be able to park in the neighborhood just west of the stadium. You can probably camp out in the park.

Spoiler, it's literally any side street west of the stadium.
