The primary difference in the scenario you laid out is that she would be having sex for money and he would just be having sex. So yeah, in my book that would be cheating by him. But who know what the dynamics of their relationship are? Maybe the husband's just really open minded or a total pushover.

Personally I wouldn't be OK with my spouse doing this even if she was bringing home six figures every year, but to each their own I suppose. Beat the system any way you can.
