Realistically, one person could not look at every quarterbacks play in every game and come out with a grade for every player the Monday following. Can’t happen
Many Iowa fans have cited PFF on here. The only reason you guys don't like it now is because of Purdy
For the record I have never trusted PFF and their grades.
Just saw they have a 300 person staff. Each major college play is reviewed by two staffers, then a senior staffer of those two disagree. There is criticism that they go beyond objective analysis to the subjective.
Just looked at Purdy’s NCAA pass efficiency rating for Saturday’s game. Outside the top 50. That’s gotta sting. Especially since Stanley was so much higher playing an FBS school.
I just don't think you can quantitatively grade defensive players in football with much degree of accuracy. It is just way too much of a team game that I think it is next to impossible.

Yes he's way behind Stanley after week 1. Saturday was probably a top 3 game in Stanley's career

I'm guessing that he will by your standards. Let's say about 21-32 260 yds a pick and no touchdowns. Possibly 1 rushing td. He'll move the ball in between the 20s. Red zone = not good.
