Ask CyTwins. How can a returning 1st team all conference player be a breakout player?
Who are 3 week 1 breakout players for each team?
For ISU I’ll go: 1. Johnnie Lang 2. O’Rien Vance 3. Trevor Downing
Hasn't started a game. Totally unknown if he can handle it.Ask CyTwins.
I think Vance could be really good for you guys. And because of his name Johnnie Lang is my all time favorite cyclone. Dude can shred.Who are 3 week 1 breakout players for each team?

I'd be surprised if we score that much but you never know!same for the Hawks.
ISU: 56
UNI: 7
I'm looking for a solid completion percentage for Purdy. Could care less if he throws for 400 yards or not. I'd say a solid stat line for him would be 200+ yards, 2 TD, at a 70% clip.Ability to run the ball and health. I'd prefer if we didn't miss any PAT's or short FGs
Tough position to come in and play as a redshirt freshman. Especially vs. Big Ten defenses.Linderbaum is going to be a stud but I think he struggles this year
Sounds like a good story. Good for him! You guys need a few more of those on your offensive line where you ranked last in the conference in yards per carry and 7th in sacks given up last year.Yep. Recruiting outlier for sure because they think he's going to play a lot this year
Iowa was also the 9th ranked rushing attack in the Big 10 last year with NFL talent on the offensive line. What's the deal there?Tough position to come in and play as a redshirt freshman. Especially vs. Big Ten defenses.

Of course it is. You'd think PJ Fleck was here.I read through the staff picks for UNI and read more than 1 of them refer to the ISU defense as elite.
Is that really the feeling around here?
