Beating a 10-3 Auburn team is a bit different than beating an 11-1 Alabama team. I'm not saying there's a 100% chance they would've lost, but I don't think it would've been very close.
 
I'm honestly curious to the rationale behind why we should believe Stanley's stats should improve this year after losing 2 NFL TE targets and his best WR.

They've had a Rose Bowl birth with an 8 win season because Ohio State was there so often.

And just think of how many Rose Bowl titles they'd have if they didn't play so poorly, the field didn't match the cleats, or the B1G teams didn't play each other during the season before 6 weeks to prep for one game.

Do ANY conference teams' fanbases use the 'beat each other up' excuse as often as B1G fans?

You really think any Iowa fan is throwing all their 2019 season eggs into the Martin basket? They're pretty excited they're getting a former 4* Top 200 player that was able to get early playing time on a good Michigan team that had multiple 4-5* WRs.

I guess I didn't read enough into your sarcasm. I'm happy that Oliver is back in a place that's comfortable. I don't necessarily agree with him getting his waiver though if it's simply because of an OC change. Plenty of other players that don't get waivers for far better reasons.

Fair enough. I'm of the opinion that these guys should be able to transfer wherever/whenever they want. Coaches are not held to high standards as far as moving on to better opportunities, not sure why athletes are.

Personally, I think an OC change is a bigger deal to players than a head coach. These guys spend exponentially more time with their position coaches/OCs then they do head coaches.

Iowa won the FWAA poll which was the only poll taken after bowl games during that time and it was very well respected. Iowa was a co national champion with LSU in 1958. That is a fact.

The NCAA is literally who everyone plays their collegiate sports under... So UCF is the co-2017 National Champion correct?
